Bobi Wine attends former District chairperson Siraji Lyavala’s burial in Bugiri

The Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi(Bobi Wine) has finally escaped his house arrest and travelled to Bugiri District in eastern Uganda to attend the burial ceremony of former Bugiri District chairperson Siraji Lyavala.

It’s not clear how Robert Kyagulanyi(Bobi Wine) left his home in Magere where he has been under house arrest since April 23th 2019.

However, Bobi Wine on Thursday afternoon posted on social media saying he was in Bugiri, about 158 kilometers from Kampala.

“I had to find a way of attending the burial of our patriotic elder Haji Siraji Samanya Lyavaala in Bugiri.

No matter how much the regime tries to keep us apart, we shall always find a way of coming together,” –
