The head of Community Policing Department ACP Anatoli Muletelwa and Kampala Metropolitan North RPC ACP Abraham Betongyeza meeting with all DPCS, Divisional CID Officers , Crime intelligence officers, and community liaison officers from Kasangati, Nansana, Kawempe, Wakiso and Kakiri at Emerald hotel Kampala.
The meeting was intended to oversee the progress in implementation of the security guidelines recently issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Police.
