The Justice Law and Order Sector donates 32 scene of crime kits

The Justice Law and Order Sector has today donated 32 scene of crime kits and 26 digital cameras to the Directorate of Forensic Services as a basic equipment to any Scene Of Crime Officer for managing crime scene.

According to the (JLOS), this will improve the quality of investigations.

The kits were handed over to the Acting Director of Forensic Services Superintendent of Police Andrew Mubiru by Ms Racheal Musoke Odoi, the JLOS Senior Technical Advisor, at Police Headquarters Naguru.

Ms Musoke was accompanied by Lucy Ladira, the Criminal Justice advisor.

SP Mubiru urged the Officers to take good care of the kits and thanked JLOS for the continued support to the Uganda Police Force.

He said the equipment will improve policing and morale of the officers while handling scenes.
